Welcome to Spring Brook Acres, a beautiful neighborhood with unique homes located in the southwest part of Rapid City, South Dakota. Residents enjoy spacious lots and a wilderness area that includes private hiking trails and natural springs all located within the city limits. Our neighborhood is part of the Corral Drive Elementary, Southwest Middle School, and Stevens High School districts.
